Victor & Bille

Victor was trained at Le Coq in Aarhus, where he also comes from. He then moved to Copenhagen, where he worked at Gorilla in Kødbyen. After a fast-paced year, he got the opportunity to help start a restaurant called Brasserie Barner. After 6 years as head chef, Victor was ready for new adventures. Victor has two beautiful daughters Carla & Vilma with Cecilie. In his spare time he plays with them, catches sea trout and runs.


Bille is also from Jutland, but has lived in most of the country, as well as a few years in Norway. Bille did half of his chef training at Dragsholm Castle and the other half at Brasserie Barner, where he met Victor. Bille then moved to Jutland and worked at Restaurant Lyst in Vejle until Restaurant Vi To ́s start-up. Bille has two boys Bob and Otto, and is engaged to Nora. In his spare time, Bille plays basketball, bikes and catches sea trout.
